November is American Diabetes Month. Diabetes is a condition in which the body cannot properly use and store glucose. In order to reduce your risk, it’s important to live a healthy lifestyle. That means eating nutritious foods and getting plenty of physical activity every day. Basically, that means living OrganWise!
