Someone knew what they were doing when they planned Fruit and Vegetable Month the same time as National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month. Eating fruits and vegetables is one important way to prevent childhood obesity and keep all of your OrganWise Guys healthy. Another key is to get plenty of exercise. It doesn’t matter if you’re sprinting a mile, jumping rope, playing soccer, or going for an evening walk with your family, just be sure to get the heart pumping! My favorite way is to play flag football with my friends. Speaking of which, they’re all waiting for me to start. Gotta run!
