Breakfast is always the most important meal of the day. Since this is the time of year where school testing is taking place, it is even more important that your kids are starting out their day with a healthy breakfast in order to get their Sir Rebrum’s awake and ready for the day! Fuel up with whole grain toast and eggs or high-fiber cereals with low-fat or skim milk and a banana!
