Monday, March 4th – Friday, March 8th is National School Breakfast Week! Be sure to start off the day with something healthy and delicious! Did you know that eating breakfast can make you healthier all around? A study presented at the American Heart Association showed that people who eat breakfast are less likely to be obese, have good blood sugar levels, and are less likely to be hungry later in the day. These findings are music to The OrganWise Guys’ ears!
Both of my kids are old enough to get their breakfast ready in the morning, however, they are indeed teenagers! This means that the majority of the time, they waituntil the last minute presenting the need for a quick, healthy, and nutritious breakfast.
