OWG in Kentucky

Last month, the University of Kentucky kicked off The OrganWise Guys programming in Lexington, Kentucky. OWG President, Dr. Michelle Lombardo was on hand to train SNAP-Ed Extension Agents on how to implement the OWG programming in elementary schools. We had a blast at the training, seeing both familiar faces and meeting new people as well! The Extension Agents are especially looking forward to using their new OWG gardening kits with students to teach about fruits and vegetables. (more…)
