Hey everybody!
I was able to stay awake and watch the ball drop on New Year’s Eve, but boy was I tired yesterday. I hope all of you had a great New Year’s Eve. I always love the start of a new year, as you can start fresh, think about the goals you wish to achieve, and go after them! As always, one of my goals is to continue to live OrganWise! In case you forgot over the holidays, that means low-fat, high-fiber foods, lots of water, and exercise! Speaking of which, I’m going to meet some friends at the park to play football! Make sure and download the first coloring sheet and activity sheet of 2014!!
