Hello hello,
While doing some light reading this weekend, I found out a few fun facts about August. For instance, did you know that August contains both National Smile Week and National Friendship week? I didn’t. But I hope those two weeks are back to back, because a smile is a great way to let people know you’re friendly. Also, August is National “Admit You’re Happy” Month. I don’t know that I need a special month for that, as I’ll admit I’m happy every month! I guess having all these special features in August helps kids remember that going back to school isn’t sad. As much as we can complain about school sometimes, admit it, you’re happy school is back in session.
