Hey everybody!
American Heart Month has reached its end. While it sounds sad, it really isn’t, because we OrganWise Guys Club Members treat our hearts right all year. So, American Heart Month is a great reminder to keep up the good work! I hope you all learned ways to keep your heart healthy all year by reading the blogs this month. You have to eat healthy foods, get regular exercise, drink plenty of water, and treat others the way you want to be treated! So be sure to carry these lessons with you all year, as I know I will.
