This week is National School Breakfast Week. Luckily for us, our school gives us the option of getting delicious, healthy meals to start our day. It’s great for days when you have to get to school early, or even on the off chance you didn’t eat breakfast at home, you can still get the brain food you need! It’s important to begin the day with a well-rounded, nutritious breakfast because it leads to increased concentration and better performance in the classroom.
