It’s December, which means we are almost to the end of the calendar! I actually had to look at the calendar to remember if December had thirty or thirty-one days. It has thirty-one days in case you were wondering. For some reason, I can never remember which months have thirty-one days, so my friend gave me a way to remember that January, March, May, July, August, October, and December have thirty-one days. He took the first letter of each month and made a sentence to help you remember: “Just Meet Me July, At Our Desert.” While I never want to go to a desert in July, when it is so hot, it does help me remember which months are the long ones. Using a memory trick like this is also a great way to study for tests! Make sure and get your coloring sheet for today!
