In June we celebrate summer vacation, Father’s Day and, in honor of Calci M. Bone, National Dairy Month! This summer, in the midst of all the fun and games, make sure and keep your bones strong by eating foods that are rich in calcium such as low-fat yogurt and cheese, broccoli and drinks made with lots of low-fat or skim milk!
