Hello Fellow OrganWise Guys Club Members,
As a Club Member, I’m sure you all keep up with the Foods of Month like I do. And, like me, I’m sure sometimes you decide to skip out on it for the day. Then that day becomes a week and then you realize the month is almost over and you haven’t really eaten them! I hate to admit it, but that has happened to me before. So this year, I’m really working hard to make sure I eat each of the Foods of the Month ten times each month! That may sound like a lot, but think about it: there are about 30 days in a month, and you eat 3 meals a day, so that’s 90 meals each month. Choosing these nutrient-dense foods ten times is only ten percent of my meals. I can do that! In fact, if things go well, I’ll increase the number of times I eat it each month. This month’s Foods of the Month are Legumes (such as beans and peas) and Cruciferous Vegetables (such as broccoli and cauliflower). You should eat some, too!
