Hi Guys and Girls,
Wow wee! Just leaving Albuquerque, New Mexico, and it may be my favorite stop on the whole trip! We got to do so much: paddle boat on a pond, ride a train, visit the zoo, and stop by the aquarium. The fish were so colorful at the aquarium that I couldn’t believe my eyes! But I am getting ahead of myself, so let me start at the beginning.
Miss Goodhealth brought us to Tingley Beach to start off the day. This isn’t a normal beach, but an area that has four ponds for fishing and other activities, like paddle boats. The Kidney Brothers joined me in a paddle boat, because you know they never pass up an activity that involves water, even if it is just riding on top of it! After the paddle boats, we took a train ride over to the zoo. It was a really cool experience, as I never rode a train before. At the zoo, we saw zebras, rhinos, kangaroos, apes, and even an ostrich! I asked the zookeeper if I could share some of my apple with the giraffe we saw, and he said yes! Animals need to be aware of low-blood sugar too! We then ended the day at the aquarium, watching the beautiful fish swim around.
