Fruit, Mute, Cute, Boot

Well hey there!

I see from the last blog, Windy told you guys it was National Gardening Month. My teacher told the class it was also National Poetry Month (there is a lot going on in April)! Our homework assignment was to write an eight-line poem to share with the class, and I thought I’d share it with you, too!

If I could beg your pardon,
Will you help me tend to my garden?
It shouldn’t take much time at all,
Since I already cleared out the leaves from the fall.
Just a few minutes pulling some weeds,
You can count it as one of your daily good deeds!
For your help, I’d be forever thankful,
As we have so many veggies we could have a bank full!

Okay, so the last line needs some work, but overall, I thought it was pretty good!

Keep livin’ OrganWise,

Luigi Liver
