Grapefruit Salad
Ingredients
1 avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 mango, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 grapefruit, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lime
1/4 tsp. cumin
Directions
- Place the avocado, mango, and grapefruit into a mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the lime over the fruit, add cumin and stir gently until mixed.
Makes 4 servings
