Hello fellow OrganWise Guys Club Members,
After reading Sir Rebrum’s post from earlier this week, I decided to grab breakfast at school. I was so excited because I was going to get to eat breakfast with some of my friends, and who doesn’t love extra time in the cafeteria talking with friends? I got scrambled eggs, pineapple, toast and milk and headed over to the table with my friends. There was only one seat left, so I had to walk quickly to make sure I got the seat. You can probably guess what happened next … I tripped! Pineapple and eggs went everywhere! I was so embarrassed. I was on the ground and looked up to find Peri and David, some friends from class, above me, ready to help me up. After checking to make sure I was okay, which I was, they told me that my trip was one of the best they’d ever seen. They said my food went flying through the air and it could have only been better if my milk had been open! Thankfully, it wasn’t and while yes, I was still a little embarrassed, I had to join in with my friends and just laugh it off, because what else could I do? So tomorrow, be sure to walk, not run, to the cafeteria for breakfast, as you’ll spare yourself a bruise on your knee and some embarrassment. Oh, and make sure and grab your coloring sheet and activity sheet for the day!
