I hope all of you are back on the healthy track after the holidays. I know it can get difficult to keep eating OrganWise when there is candy and cookies everywhere you look. You can even start by eating the Foods of the Month for January, which are cruciferous veggies (like broccoli and cauliflower) and legumes (lentils or black beans for example).
