Esta semana (Spanish for “this week”) is the last week of March and that means it’s the last week of National Nutrition Month. I hope you all have been eating extra healthy this month! If not, that’s okay; we all have those times where we don’t eat as healthy as we should. The important thing is that we don’t continue making unhealthy choices, but instead choose to eat smart! That means high-fiber, low-fat foods like low-fat cheese and whole-wheat crackers, spinach, and skinless, baked chicken! So get back on track today, and really make sure you eat right this week.
