Well hello everyone,
I wanted to give you a quick update on how I did with eating more fruits and vegetables each day this past week. I am pleased to report that I really did it. Every day for the past week I ate all my servings! This week really reminded me how much I love fruits and vegetables, and not just because they are full of fiber (that’s just an added bonus!). I love the crunch of a carrot, the first delicious bite of an apple, and even tossing grapes up in the air and catching them in my mouth! I also found this to be a way to save time in the morning while I am trying to get ready for school. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables can really save an intestine time – in the restroom! Things just seem to “keep on moving” in that department! Oh and don’t forget, I have a coloring sheet just for you!
