Well hello everyone,
There are so many great things about summer, but one thing that often gets overlooked is how enjoyable lunch is during summertime. I know, it may sound odd, but think about it: biting into a freshly made turkey and low-fat cheese sandwich on whole-grain bread, devouring a delicious slice of watermelon, and washing it all down with an ice-cold water! All the while sitting outside on the front porch steps, with the sun shining, and the breeze blowing by! For me, it’s perfection! Now I am going to go enjoy my lunch outside. You should do the same and then get today’s coloring sheet for after lunch!
