Well hello everyone!
In case you haven’t heard, the Foods of the Month for April are nuts and beans. Nuts are a great food to snack on, especially when you’re watching some baseball. Just be mindful about the quantity you eat as they can disappear fast! And beans, well you can eat them as a side (green beans with your grilled chicken dinner), or a little snack (fresh edamame is a real treat). No matter how you eat ‘em, just make sure you do!
