- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 5 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass and serve!
