Reasons to Celebrate

Hey team,

There’s been a lot of healthy celebrating this month, as September is Whole Grains Month, National Fruits and Vegetables Month, and National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month. While it’s great to have months like this to remind us to eat the right foods and exercise, we need to be getting active and eating high-fiber, low-fat foods every month! Just because next month may not be National Exercise Month or Apple Every Day Month, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do those things. So remember The OrganWise Guys rules and stay healthy!
