County Extension Agent, Shea Wilson from Prairie County Cooperative Extension Services in Arkansas shared some of her best practices this month and this is one of our favorites: She takes time to survey her teachers and parents each year to learn what type of impact she’s making and where she could improve.
We think this is brilliant!
It allows you to know where you’re making an impact, where you’re missing the mark, and how you can improve. It also provides real data that you can use to talk to administrators, school boards and potential funders.
There are a lot of great tools like survey monkey that you can use for free.
