Summer vacation is here and sometimes we can go so caught up in summer fun that we forget to live OrganWise. We find ourselves at the ice cream truck far too often, drinking sodas, or sitting on the couch playing video games, but we know better than that! We are OrganWise Guys Club Members! We know the keys to healthy living so say them with me: Low-Fat. High-Fiber. Lots of water. Exercise. Just because it’s summer doesn’t mean we forget these healthy rules. So this summer, before you grab a soda and spend all day in front of the TV, think to yourself, “Is that OrganWise?” Instead, grab a water, head outside, and have some fun in the sun (with sunscreen, of course).
