Well hello everyone,
Remember the big spelling test I was worried about it? Well, all the hard work and studying was worth it because I got an “A” on the test! My parents were so happy that they let me pick out the movie for our movie night this weekend! As much as I enjoyed the movie I chose, I was much happier that I did well on my test. It was a great reminder that when you put your mind to something, you can have really great results! So if you have something you want, whether it be good test grades, a solo at the piano recital, or winning the championship, remember to put the time in beforehand to achieve your goal! Oh and don’t forget to download the coloring sheet for today!

Well hello everyone,
I am very nervous about tomorrow. I have a big spelling test! We have them every Friday, but lately, I have not been doing as well. I was getting fantastic grades on the spelling tests all year, but I started slacking on my studying because I thought I was so good that I didn’t need to look over the words. Well, it turns out I’m not as good as I thought. Tomorrow’s test is over the words from the last four weeks. You can bet I’ve been looking over those words every night this week. Wish me luk, er, I mean, luck! You can get some of your own practice with the activity sheet and coloring sheet for today!

Well hello everyone,
I hope you have been enjoying the break from school and your time with your family and friends. I’m sure you’ve probably heard someone say, “I’ll start eating healthy again in the new year.” Crazy, right? We are OrganWise Guys Club Members, so no matter what time of year, we are eating high-fiber and low-fat foods. Hi friends!
Last weekend, I went to a birthday party. It was a ton of fun, but there was one thing I didn’t know … It was a costume party! Everywhere I turned, there was another costume: a pirate, a superhero, a fireman. But me? Just plain old Peri Stolic. I was very embarrassed being the only one not wearing a costume. But I decided I had two options, I could call my mom to come pick me up, or celebrate a birthday with my friends. I chose to stay and have fun. The best part was my friend’s mom saw that I was a little upset, so she grabbed me a sheet and suddenly, I was wearing a toga like the Greek goddess Athena. Once I had a new costume, I had a blast at the party. I’m happy that I decided to stay and not let my momentary embarrassment cause me to miss out on a fun time. Well hello everyone!
I love watching the leaves change colors as summer becomes fall. The reds, oranges, yellows and browns, all still with a hint of green from those last leaves that haven’t quite changed yet. It makes me think of my dinner plate because I love having a dinner plate filled with different colors! I always enjoy the greens of a salad, sprinkled with red tomatoes or the orange of sweet potatoes and the light brown of a steak. The more colors on the plate usually mean more fruits and veggies and we know how much I love fruits and veggies! So be sure to follow fall’s lead and fill your plate with lots of healthy colors! Oh and make sure and get your coloring sheet for today!
