Thanksgiving in the Green household is a very relaxed atmosphere. We do not have close family in the state of Georgia to visit so this is one time of the year when we stay home, eat and nap. Yes NAP!
With Taylor in the high school marching band and Marin cheering for her middle school team, the Green family is very busy in the fall season. Thanksgiving Break becomes a time to slow down, refuel on plenty of wholesome OrganWise food and catch a few zzz’s.
The OrganWise Guys would agree with me that sometimes (not all the time) sleep is necessary to be healthy, happy and OrganWise. Some healthy benefits of napping include: increased alertness, improved learning, heightened creativity, improved mood and improved health! The OrganWise Guys are all about these benefits! Also, napping gives our Sir Rebrum a chance to rest while the rest of our body has a chance to heal.
Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for the many blessings in our lives as well as a chance to give our OrganWise Guys a time to rest and love the body they are in.
