Hey team!
Last night, I was watching a special on the 2008 Olympics, which got me even more excited for the 2012 Games! There was a clip of Jamaican sprinter, Usain Bolt,setting the world record in the 100 meters. It was unbelievable! I never thought a person could run that fast! He is gong to be back in London running the 100 and 200 meter races again for Jamaica, and maybe he can even beat his own world records! This is why I love the Olympics – we can root for athletes from our country and other countries too! The Olympics is all about coming together to celebrate all the amazing feats of athletes, no matter where they are from!
