A Toast to Whole Grains

Hello Fellow OrganWise Guys Members,

Did you know that September is Whole Grains Month? Well, if you didn’t, now you do! Whole grains are an important part of your healthy diet. These grains are a good source of fiber, protein, vitamin B, and much more! That’s why I am sure to include some delicious peanut butter toast made with whole grain bread in my breakfast.
