Smoothies are a great breakfast or snack. This healthy one will be refreshing after outdoor activities or as a quick back to school breakfast!
½ cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup low-fat yogurt (try Greek yogurt for extra protein!)
½ cup skim milk
½ cup ice cubes (optional if using frozen berries)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend together until smooth.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy.
