As Hardy told you, this month is National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month. One of the easiest ways to stay healthy is to eat healthy. When you want a quick snack, don’t go for the potato chips without thinking. Take a second, think if there are healthier options, and then choose that! Using your brain can make your life so much healthier!
