OrganWise Andrew here, showing you one way we like to keep healthy and get some fresh air during the workday at our OWG facility! Last Wednesday, we shared some great ways to exercise deskside and so I thought it would be fun to show that it really CAN happen in the workplace!
We all work hard and don’t realize how good it is for our bodies, both mentally and physically, to get outside and let off some energy when we can. Our OrganWise team likes to take after-lunch walks around our office building to get the blood (and creative juices!) flowing again. Sometimes it’s just nice to clear your head for five minutes and get a breath of fresh air. You too, can make sure to stand up, stretch your legs and take a 3-5 minute walk a few times a day. No doubt, you will come back to your desk feeling refreshed and ready to put in some more work.
