It’s the biggest meal of the year with lots of turkey, pies, fresh baked breads, creamed corn, etc. it’s a time to celebrate food with friends and family. We are so impressed with the work of Ollena Jackson, a Family Cooperative Nutrition Assistant with Virginia Cooperative Extension in Tazwell, VA. She emailed us earlier this year asking for permission to use our images to make bulletin boards to reinforce healthy messages with the kids. Apparently they’ve been a big hit!
