In February, the symbol of a heart is not just for Valentine’s Day! Did you know that we celebrate all things heart health in February too? Give your Hardy Hearts some love and recognize this important month by eating healthy and being physically active! It’s the middle of January and some of your diet and health resolutions may have already gone by the wayside. The good news is that if you have already jumped off the bandwagon, it is not too late to get back on! Typically a good way to get a jumpstart is with a cleanse of some sort, but there are so many detox and cleanse programs out there it can be overwhelming!

It’s hard to believe it’s the start of a new year. Whether we like it or not, 2014 is here to stay, so let’s embrace it! Many resolutions are unkept because too many are made, or they are too ambitious they cannot be adhered to after the first week.
